Student responses and performance data are stored solely for educational purposes and are not shared with third parties. Teachers are responsible for ensuring the ethical use of student data within the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created on the platform, including scenarios and activities, remains the intellectual property of the creator. The platform maintains the right to use anonymized data to improve system performance and personalization algorithms.

6. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform available and bug-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service at any time without prior notice.
